I have a total number of 13 Pokémon on the level 100 now (I am planning to draw them all, but drawing them actually is much more work then training them XD) And I have a friend who has more than 30 100-leveled Pokémon Pokémon will live forever!

Nice work! I love the job you did with the coloring and the shading, and the pose definitely suggests that he's underwater. The shading's especially nice because it has some realistic variation in there like with skin tones. This can be noticed the most in the stretched leg; I really think you did well with that. Gustav does have some good attacks attached to it; Surf, Psychic, and Ice Beam are all choices that I would use if I had a Golduck.

hmm..blizzard AND ice beam? maybe calm mind would be a better choice than blizzard. that way, surf, psychic AND ice beam's power will be raised, and ice beam will be plenty powerful to take out any pokemon that you would need ice beam for. plus, blizzard's accuracy sucks, so it' s kinda unreliable. just my opinion.
