Hey there kids! Remember to eat, drink, sleep, exercise, and watch plenty of Robot Chicken!!!
The feather details look really nice on the wings, but they fail to impress on the torso. The tail's lower portion is fine, but as you go up-right you's expect the effects, and strong shading to fade out somehow. The bird's lost gaze/look in the eyes is something I see often in those exotic birds, and I think it works here as well.
The overall colors are pretty, but since it's more or less an exotic little bird, I wouldn't mind them being more varied and vibrant.

There is so not enough love for these birds, and you did a great job.
As far as the overall colors, they're fine. Nandays aren't really that much more vibrant than this (heck, I live with one.) Bout the only thing I would say color-wise would be the slight metallic sheen to the blue feathers on the tips of the wings.
Still, amazing. You don't see much Nan art, so I can thoroughly appreciate.
